SCOPE OF WORK Provide all labor, equipment, materials, and transportation necessary to mow and trim approximately four and six tenths (4.6) acres of fine lawn weekly; mow and trim approximately twenty-six and four tenths (26.4) acres of semi-fine lawn every other week; provide spring and fall clean-up around the project at the West Thompson Dam. Services are to be provided in accordance with the following scope of work and schedule. Work shall be performed in a timely manner and to the satisfaction of the Technical Point of Contact or their representative. 2. PROJECT INFORMATION The West Thompson Dam Project Area is located in Thompson, Connecticut. The project office is located at 449 Reardon Road, North Grosvenordale, Connecticut 06255. 3. POINT OF CONTACT Contact the Technical Point of Contact, Park Ranger Michelle Cucchi (978-318-8050) or michelle.l.cucchi@usace.army.mil with any technical questions or to arrange a site visit. SCHEDULE a. The period of performance will begin from the date of award and ends 31 December 2023. b. Both weekly and bi-weekly mowing and trimming are preferred to occur on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursdays. Mowing and trimming will not be permitted before sunrise or after sunset or on Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays. The contract schedule below identifies the line-item number, description, and frequency. c. The first and last mowing cycles will be determined by the Technical Point of Contact based on weather and growing conditions. d. The pre-work conference shall be completed within 14 days of contract award. All submittals to include safety and product submittals shall be submitted, reviewed, and accepted within 30 days of contract award.
