On-call Plumbing Services Various Developments subject to applicable bidding laws including but not limited to M.G.L. c149 44A-H, M.G.L. c30 and applicable federal procurement laws and Prevailing Wage according to Ch.149. Sections 26 to 27H. To the extent there are inconsistencies between state and federal procurement laws, the more stringent standard will be followed for purposes of this IFB. On-Call Services for Public Housing Developments as follows: 589 units of subsidized housing including McSherry Gardens (667-1), Woodland Towers (667-2), 100 Warren Street (667-3 & WHDC), Lexington Gardens Bricks (200-1), Lexington Gardens Woods (200-3), Willow Park (200-2), 107/109 Union Street (689- 1), 15/17/19/21 Green Street (689-2), 9/11/11A Dana Terrace, 8/6/6A Keith Street, 115/113/ Poplar Street, 8/10 Hersom Street - (705-1), and 10A & B Locust Lane (Sienna Village) - (705-2) for the Watertown Housing Authority Contract shall be initially awarded for a term of one-year (1) in duration, with one annual renewal extension option of one (1) year not to exceed a total contract duration of two (2) consecutive years. A prerequisite for the bid is that a company must have a reputable documented record in the commercial plumbing industry sector for a minimum of 5 years. Bids should reflect the total combined hourly rate as outlined on the Form for General Bid. The successful bidder shall enter into written contract with the Watertown Housing Authority within ten (10) days after notification of acceptance of the bid. The Watertown Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids, wholly or in part, to waive informalities or irregularities in bidding, and to make awards in a manner deemed in the best interest of the Authority and the public.
