Bucks County Community College (BCCC), 275 Swamp Road, Newtown, PA 18940 (BCCC) invites the submission of sealed bids to furnish bids for the Construction of a new Pavilion at our Lower Bucks Public Safety Training Center Scope: 1. Supply and install necessary engineer/structural drawings and necessary permitting through the township. Permit costs are unknown, to be passed through at cost upon receipt. 2. Supply and install (4) pier concrete footings with 4500 PSI concrete for support. 3. Supply and install new 4-inch-thick concrete broom finished slab 15'X 30'wood A framed pavilion structure with necessary brackets, fasteners, and lumber. 4. Supply and install 30-year asphalt shingles (GAF or Owens Corning) color to be selected prior to installation. 5. Supply and install necessary rain gutters and down spouts in white to complete. 6. Underneath of pavilion to be open framing exposed, no finish required Each bidder must deposit with his bid, surety in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the General Stipulations. The bidder shall be required to comply in all respects with the provisions of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act and Chapter 49, Title 16, of the Pennsylvania Code and any other regulations promulgated hereunder. Before submitting a bid, the bidder shall be cognizant as to all laws, ordinances, insurance, bonds, regulations, wage rates, underwriter approval and shall include in his bid a sum to cover the cost of all items included in the specification and pertinent documents.
