Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Fairfax, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of April 28, 2023, this project has been awarded to ProScapes, Inc. dba Preferred Services, Inc., but award amount not available. The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a term contract(s) for Painting Parking Lots (Asphalt and Concrete) for all agencies and activities of the County of Fairfax, including Fairfax County Public Schools in accordance with the requirements listed in this solicitation. 1.1. Provide painting services for various County (concrete/asphalt) parking lots. 1.2. All work shall conform to Section 704 of the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) Road & Bridge Specifications, 2020 (or latest edition), or at the discretion of the Project Manager. 1.3. The Contractor shall be responsible for making records of existing painted traffic lines before existing surfaces are resurfaced with new pavement. The Contractor shall be responsible for layout of new traffic or parking lines. This contract will require that only one (1) coat of paint need be applied for any striping work Derek D.
