Site work for a fire / police facility in Fairfax, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a fire / police facility.
SCOPE OF WORK: The approved drawings include the complete Project. The Project has been separated into three distinct trades; (1) Electrical, (2) Fencings and Gates, and (3) civil work related to asphalt, masonry piers, demolition and related final restoration. Accordingly, the scope of services in this solicitation is limited to the fencing and gates as described on the following sheets: 1. C1.000 - Fencing Notes & Details (exclude providing the Masonry Piers which will be provided by others after fencing and gate Project is substantially complete), 2. C1.001 - Fencing Notes & Details, 3. C2.000 - Existing Condition & Demolition Plan (exclude demolition except remove the existing fencing as delineated on the plan), 4. C3.000 - Layout Plan (include the fencing and speed gates but exclude pavement patching and pavement sections which will be provided by others after fencing and gate Project is substantially complete, 5. E-000 - Cover Sheet - Electrical (provide the "Site Lighting Pole Bases" by connecting the final electric supply and additional conduits to the pole bases. Electric supply and conduits will be provided by others prior to the start of gate installation, 6. E-001 - Specifications - Electrical (Meet Division 26 specifications as related to the pole bases, 7. S0-001 - Partial Plan, Structural Notes, & Sections Question deadline : 01/16/2024
