Site work for a mixed-use development in Fresno, California. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; and water / sewer project.
The project generally consists of the construction of: preparing site for interim housing with associated utilities. scope of work shall include installation of underground utility lines including storm drain, sewer, domestic water, fire water, gas, electrical and low voltage conduits for (2) 40'x 40' relocatable buildings under pc# 02-118267 Project. Value of contract is estimated at $412,500. DVBE (3%) Each bid must be submitted on the online bid form and accompanied by a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the bidder and surety company, or certified check, or cashier's check in favor of the Fresno Unified School District, or cash, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond if it is awarded the contract for the Project. The successful Bidder may substitute securities for any monies withheld by the district to ensure performance under the Contract, in accordance with the provisions of section 22300 of the Public Contract Code No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening of bids.
