Principal Features: The work to be performed will include all the listed items below on the Cleaver Brooks Boiler. Equipment Description- 20 MMBTU/HR Cleaver Brooks Model CBLE-700-500-12.5 HW Natural Gas Fire Boiler with a Cleaver Brooks Model CB1700-500 Ultra Low NOX Burner, induced flue gas recirculation (FGR) system. The work consists of furnishing all equipment, materials, labor, and personnel necessary to perform the emissions monitoring service of the boiler in compliance with the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution District at the Corrosion Control Facility (CCF) for the period of three (3) years from April 2023 through March 2026. A certified Small Business (SB) shall receive a 5% preference on a bid proposal when a responsible non-small business has submitted the lowest priced responsive bid. A certified Disabled Veterans Business Enterprise (DVBE) shall receive a 5% preference on a bid proposal when a responsible non-DVBE has submitted the lowest priced responsive bid. Contractor must possess a C-4 - Boiler, Hot Water Heating and Steam Fitting Contractor's License. All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Jordan Bernal, at jordan.bernal@cmd.ca.gov AND Melissa Pogue, at melissa.pogue@cmd.ca.gov no later than 2:00 P.M., February 24, 2023.
