Renovation of a stadium in Peoria, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
This project consists of the replacement of the lower bowl retractable seating assemblies at the Peoria Civic Center arena. Risers, retractable seating, stair units, railings, controls, end curtains, etc. are all included in this package. This project is funded from the Illinois Department of Commerce & Economic Opportunity (DCEO) and is subject to all requirements contained in the grant. Each bidder must familiarize itself with all grant requirements as they pertain to project work. MBE/WBE/WMBE utilization goals along with Illinois Works Apprenticeship Initiative. Successful bidders shall be required to observe the fair employment practices commission rules pertaining to equal employment opportunity and comply with the Illinois prevailing wage act, 820 il cs 130/1 et seq. and use wage determination as determined by the Illinois department of labor, conciliation, and mediation division. These wages will remain in effect until superseded by a new determination.
