THE SCOPE OF WORK for 2023 ASPHALT STREET REPAIRS, includes concrete pavement repair, cold milling, asphalt overlay, curb and gutter repair, sidewalk repair and curb ramp construction, and other miscellaneous appurtenances and improvements as shown on the Drawings and described in the Specifications and Contract Documents. CDs and Electronic Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued. If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 14 calendar days from award of the project to obtain a deposit refund. If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited. The Work will be substantially completed on or before September 1, 2023; Final completion- September 15, 2023.
