Site work and new construction of a fitness / recreation center in Gretna, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the construction of a 155,000-square-foot fitness / recreation center.
The City of Gretna is constructing a new community recreation and aquatics center; and related site grading, improvements, utilities, parking, outdoor swimming/aquatics facility, indoor competition pool, and other infrastructure to support the community and recreation center. The recreation and aquatics center will consist of approximately 70,000 square feet of indoor recreation and aquatics space, in combination with approximately 85,000 square feet of outdoor aquatics space, located at 12358 S. 208th Ave., Gretna, Nebraska 68028. FINAL CONSTRUCTION CLEANING - Rec Building Only. Clean all surfaces including but not limited to: i. Interior - Doors, walls, floors, glass, windows, casework, baseboards. ii. Exterior - Glass Remove all trash, debris, and temporary protective materials. Include hourly rate for additional cleaning if needed. Proposal requirements and contract documents will be available through MCL Construction, 14558 Portal Circle, La Vista, NE 68138.
