Renovation of a municipal facility in Oberlin, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
You are hereby invited to submit a proposal for all labor and material for the entire work for the above- named project in accordance with the specifications and construction bid documents issued for the project. The proposal shall consist of all General, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Electrical, and Fire Alarm work The Bidder understands that time is of the essence and agrees to complete all work required by the Contract Documents in accordance with the completion date provided by the Contractor on the Bid Form in a manner acceptable to the Owner. The successful Bidder shall be responsible for all of the work described in the Contract Documents. Bids shall be made on the Bid Form included in the Project Manual and in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and applicable provisions of the specifications. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the form of a Bid Guarantee & Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid. Preformed Line Products reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals in whole or in part, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposal received and to accept any proposal which it deems favorable.
