If a 10 percent GUARANTY is submitted, provided that the bid is accepted, the bidder will, after the awarding or recommendation for awarding the contract, enter into a proper contract and indemnify the RTA against all damages suffered by failure to perform the contract by supplying a performance bond in accordance with Section 153.54(2) et. seq. of the Ohio Revised Code for the FULL AMOUNT OF THE CONTRACT.
