Site work and paving for a civil project in Century, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Description: The Front Street Drainage Repairs project includes replacing a failing storm water drainage outfall system that is currently located on private property. The replacement piping and inlet system will be routed around the private property and located within Town of Century right-of-way. A portion of the new storm water system will be located within the paved roadway; therefore, the project also includes a significant amount of pavement repair and overlay. Additionally, some minor relocation of existing water lines, sewer services, and gas mains will need to be adjusted to accommodate the proposed storm water system. Questions concerning this request should be directed to the Escambia County Purchasing Office in writing to Buzz Roggenbuck at abroggenbuck@myescambia.com prior to 4:00 PM CT. on February 28, 2023.
