Project Description: Engineering services are required to support the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission's (WSSC) Engineering and Environmental Services Division (EESD) with corrosion engineering services and other related activities on an as-needed basis. These services include, but are not limited to, the following: o Engineering Services for Evaluation and Possible Upgrade of Existing Corrosion Control Systems or installation of New Systems o Minor Repairs of Existing Test Stations o Manuals, Standard Details, and Standard Developments o Specifications Development o Technical Evaluations o Technical Reviews o Engineering support of EESD's In-House Designs and Evaluations o Construction Phase Services o Permit Application Services o Emergency On-call Services o Staff Augmentation WSSC intends to retain multiple consulting firms under a Basic Ordering Agreement ("BOA") The term of this Contract shall be for three (3) years with a contract upset limit of $4,000,000.00. for the base term. The Contract may be extended for one (1) additional two-year period, upon written notice from the Procurement Office Pricing shall remain firm for the full term of the Contract, including option terms.
