Work includes demolition of finishes, rough carpentry, HM frames/wood doors/hardware, glazing, floor prep, tile, carpet, resilient flooring, framing/drywall, ACT, wall/door protection, fire suppression, HVAC, electrical, fire alarm, low-voltage, and communications. Area of work requires security clearance for all personnel. The Facilities Department of Mesa County, Colorado is requesting competitive proposals from qualified and interested companies for all labor, equipment, and materials required to upgrade the Elections Department in the Central Services building located at 200 S. Spruce Street, Grand Junction, CO. Addendum #1-#3 have been issued as of 3-14-2023.
