Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Grand Junction, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Grand Junction is soliciting competitive bids from qualified and interested companies for all labor, equipment, and materials required to complete this project which generally consists of making concrete driveways and curb ramps ADA (Americans With Disability Act) compliant. All dimensions and Scope of Work shall beverified by Contractors prior to submission of bids. The Project generally consists of making concrete driveways and curb ramps ADA compliant along 30 Road from D Road to Teller Court and on Patterson Drive from 30 Road to Lodgepole Street. The work will entail removal of existing concrete sidewalks and curb ramps and replacing them with ADA compliant sidewalks and curb ramps.
