There is currently an essential repair letter regarding scour on the footings. Given the bridge length the cost/benefit ofreplacing the bridge is not attractive given its limited use since the highway has been replaced by 1-70. The county would like the bridge alternatives professionally evaluated. This project is intended to produce the following improvements: To evaluate alternative scenarios and implement the selected alternative with the goal of maximum effective improvements to continue cost effective service and maximize the service life of the bridge. All questions regarding the submittal preparation, the selection process, or specifications and interpretations ofthe terms and conditions ofthe RFQ, shall be submitted in writing no later than seven (7) calendar days prior to the deadline for submission of offers.
