Fountain Street Reconstruction - to include: the reconstruction of Fountain Street (2,000 LF) and Montgomery Street (300 LF), including grading, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water main, base course, curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, asphalt pavement, landscaping, restoration of the work area, and other miscellaneous items in conformance with the Contract Documents.
