Renovation of a municipal facility in Arkansaw, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 6,000-square-foot municipal facility.
As of 03/09/2023 Awarded amount: $ 90,911.83 No start date. In general the work consists of the construction of: HVAC System for the New 6,000 sq. ft. Town Hall Facility In-Floor Heating System Make Up Air System Office Area HVAC The work, in general, will include the following one (1) package of work: (lump sum bids) Bid Package "B": A HVAC Contractor's bid for all HVAC work and coordination with the General Contractor. Prequalification of Bidders may be required. Proposals shall not be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after the date of opening. The Town of Eau Galle of Dunn County reserves the right to reject any or all of the proposals and to waive any informalities therein.
