Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Arkansaw, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Town of Eau Galle is seeking sealed bids for the proposed parking lot for the New Town Hall on CTH Z. The proposed pavement depth is 4 inches place in two lifts. Binder course is proposed as 4LT 58-345, surface course as 4LT 58-345. Project scope includes grading, shaping, and asphalt paving of proposed parking lot. A written guarantee must be included with the bid along with the Certificate of Insurance. Three options are to be bid on. Option one is to surround the entire building with asphalt except were cement. That amount is approximately 2285 SY. Additional Option 2 is another Rectangle that is approximately 780 SY. The third option is to paint parking stripes on the lot. The Town reserves the right to reject all bids or accept the bid most advantageous to the town.
