Dba, Economy Dock Seawall & Dredge Co. – Zones: PGI-NE1 Replacement of Seawalls Damaged During Hurricane Ian and Any Subsequent Fema Reimbursement Eligble Storm Events Until All Work is Completed. This contract will be for fixed unit pricing for the time period required by the City to complete recovery from a FEMA reimbursable and eligible events and until all work issued under the resulting Agreements are complete. Question Cutoff Date: 3/13/2023 03:00 PM (ET) The permittee is authorized to replace 15,360 linear feet (92,160 sf) of seawall, 175,816 linear feet (1,054,896 sf) of rip rap at the toe of seawall, and 15,360 linear feet (92,160 sf) of outfall rip rap in manmade canals, Class III Waters and Peace River, Class III Outstanding Florida Waters, and part of Gasparilla Sound-Charlotte Harbor Aquatic Preserve Those activities include the use of 9,450 square feet of state-owned sovereignty submerged lands. Authorized activities are depicted on the attached exhibits
