The project includes the south expansion of the commercial terminal and installation of a new in-line baggage system and outbound carousel. Work includes building demolition, building construction, multiple construction phases, new electrical service, site grading and drainage, and remodeling of vacated TSA space. The Charlotte County Airport Authority reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in or reject any or all proposals and to award or refrain from awarding the Contract for the Work.
