Site work for a water / sewer project in Comstock Township, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following: 2,722 L.F. 18" Gravity Sanitary Sewer 3,180 TON HMA Including all necessary appurtenances and restoration. The work to be performed under this contract will be financed and paid for by funds received from the Charter Township of Comstock. A bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check payable to the Charter Township of Comstock in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total price shall accompany each bid. This surety shall bind the bidder for a period of sixty (60) days after the receipt of bids. The project shall be substantially completed by November 13, 2023.
