An ongoing relationship with a survey firm will maximize the City's capability to implement the City's Capital Improvement programs to help reduce the current backlog in survey requests and overall project costs. The scope, work schedule, and fee for each project will be negotiated on a project-by-project basis. The cost limitation for the three-year period of project assignments is a total of $1,200,000 divided between the selected consultants. Consultant contracts may be augmented based on performance of professional services by the selected firms. Business License Virtually every contractor that does business with the City must obtain a City business license as mandated by B.M.C. Ch. 9.04.
