Contract period and award The contract has an expected duration of twelve (12) months, with two (2) renewal options of twelve (12) months each, for a possible total duration of 36 months including the options, and this, under the same conditions of the tender and contract. Each renewal will automatically renew at the end of each twelve (12) month period, and termination will require confirmation within thirty (30) days prior to the initial or renewed expiration of the current contract. Complaint filing date (DDP): The deadline for submitting complaints (DDP) to the Public Body is March 06, 2023 .
