Site work for a mixed-use development in Whittier, California. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The City of Whittier invites qualified consultants to submit a proposal for engineering design services for the preparation of plans, specifications, and cost estimates and related construction documents for Michigan, Kennedy & Guirado Park Improvements Project. Any questions related to this RFP shall be submitted in writing to the City of Whittier Public Works Department at PubWks@cityofwhittier.org before 4:00 p.m. on the request for clarifications deadline of March 1, 2023. The City of Whittier is interested in completing various improvements at three existing park sites located at the following addresses: Michigan Park - 8228 Michigan Ave, Whittier, CA 90602 Kennedy Park - 8530 Painter Ave, Whittier, CA 90605 Guirado Park - 5760 Pioneer Blvd, Whittier, CA 90606 Municipal Meeting 03/28/2023 Tentative Award of Contract at City Council Meeting.
