DESCRIPTION: This request for proposals (RFP) defines the work required to inspect manholes owned and maintained by the Sanitation Districts of Los Angeles County (Districts). All of the work to be performed is located within the Districts shown in attached Figure 1. The manhole inspection work will be in Districts (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 27, 28, 29, South Bay Cities (SBC), Santa Clarity Valley (SCV), and Newhall Ranch (NR). The Contractor (proposer) shall be responsible for providing all equipment, materials, and labor necessary to inspect approximately 5,000 Districts manholes varying in depth, diameter, and type.
