HAS BEEN SELECTED AS THE LEASE LEASE-BACK CONTRACTOR FOR THE RANCHO STARBUCK INTERMEDIATE SCHOOL HVAC, ROOFING, & FIRE ALARM PROJECT Scope of work to include: Replacement of HVAC system, roof replacement, and fire alarm upgrade to entire campus. ADA site upgrades as well as structural improvements and interior renovations to select areas. Trades included are demolition, abatement, concrete, structural steel, rough carpentry, casework, insulation, roofing, sheet metal, doors, gypsum board, plaster, tile, acoustic ceilings, flooring, painting, signage, toilet partitions & accessories, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, low voltage, fire alarm, site concrete, striping, fencing, & site utilities. Abatement report is pending and will be released via addendum. Site utility drawings will be provided during addendum. Ansul fire suppression system will be added during addendum.
