Bituminous Concrete Supply The Contract shall commence upon Notice to Proceed. The Contract shall be a one-year term with two optional one-year extensions. The work of this contract is for the supply of bituminous concrete at the point of production. The Town will be responsible for transportation and placement. No pre-bid meeting will be held for this project. All questions should be forwarded to John Bugbee as specified herein. This Bid is subject to provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 30B, as amended to date. Bid deposit and Labor / Material Bonds are NOT required for this contract. The Town of Wayland reserves the right to accept any bid, in whole or in part, to reject any/or all bids and to waive minor irregularities and/or informalities as it deems to be in the best interest of the Town
