Site work for a water / sewer project in Wayland, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**The project has been awarded to RJV Construction Corp. for $1,478,952.25 and Contract information sometime , End of June.** The Work of this Contract generally consists of the construction of a new submersible pump station and two 3-inch diameter HDPE raw wastewater and one 3-inch diameter HDPE effluent force main within a 10-inch diameter HDPE casing pipe. Approximately 1,575 linear feet of 10- inch diameter HDPE casing pipe will be installed by horizontal directional drilling, approximately 1,200 linear feet of 10-inch diameter HDPE will be installed via open cut method, approximately 60 linear feet of 8-inch diameter ductile iron casing pipe, approximately 950 linear feet of 3-inch diameter HDPE force main installed via direct bury, and approximately 8,250 linear feet of 3-inch diameter HDPE force main will be pulled through a casing pipe. The raw wastewater force mains will be tied into the Town's collection system and the effluent force main will be tied into the new development's leach field that is being installed by others.
