A partial listing of the works is as follows: .1 Gravel road and side ditch construction, including but not limited to: - Clearing and grubbing of road right-of-way, removal of existing fences, cattle pens, and loading ramps, stripping and stockpiling of topsoil. - Road sub-grade and side ditch excavation and preparation, supply and installation of culverts, geotextile, granular base materials, and ditch topsoil and seeding. .2 Lot drainage, including but not limited to: - Clearing and grubbing, topsoil stripping and stockpiling of drainage easements. - Construction of detention pond(s), perimeter drainage ditches and lot drainage swales, installation of culverts, and topsoil and seeding of lot drainage ditches and swales.
