Reference Number 0000290775 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/04/16 12:00:00 PM CDT 2025 Supply of Crushed Limestone Aggregates The Rural Municipality of Woodlands is inviting quotes for the 2025 supply of crushed limestone aggregates (1-year term with the option for 1-year extension). The contractor shall provide and maintain the following insurance coverage throughout the duration of the agreement. a) Commercial General Liability Insurance, in the amount of at least two million dollars ($2,000,000.00), with the RM of Woodlands added as an additional insured. b) Automobile Liability Insurance covering all motor vehicles owned and operated and used, or to be used by the contractor directly or indirectly, in the performance of the work. The limit of liability shall not be less than two million dollars ($2,000,000.00) inclusive for loss or damage including personal inquiries and death resulting from any one occurrence.
