Site work and paving for a road / highway in Woodlands, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Upgrade the existing north dike access road with a dirt roadway top and improve roadway geometric design. The previous crossing over Rosenheim Drain on Road 14W will be abandoned. Completion Model the Contract Will Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Working Days. Commencement of Working Days Working Days Will Be Assessed by the Engineer Starting Seven (7) Days After Award, or on the Date on Which the Contractor Commences Work on Any Item of Work Listed Below, Whichever is Earlier. Items of Work: Road Construction Installing Culverts Trimming Liquidated Damages the Work Shall Be Completed on or Before the Expiration of Twenty Five (25) Working Days. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Time Limit Will Be Charged at the Rate of Five Hunderd ($500.00) Dollars Per Working Day Until the Work is Completed. Seasonal Shutdown the Seasonal Shutdown Date for This Project is March 31, 2025.
