The Municipality of Dupuy reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or refuse any or all of the submissions received. The municipality of Dupuy assumes no liability towards the tenderers as a result of this tender. The municipality of Dupuy reserves the right to cancel this call for tenders entirely without incurring any costs from the bidder(s), or to have the work carried out in whole or in part without incurring any costs from the successful bidder. Bid Bond 10% is required. Performance and Material Bond 50% is required.
