Submission sent electronically accepted: No The City of Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts wishes to receive offers for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF GRANULAR MATERIALS. To be considered, the offer must be accompanied by: a letter of undertaking, issued by an insurance company within the meaning of the Act respecting insurance (RSQ, c. A-32) and recognized by the Autorité des marchés financiers, in favor of the City of Sainte- Agathe-des-Monts, to provide a work performance bond equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of the tendered price, before applicable taxes, as well as a bond for the supplier's obligations for salaries, materials and services .
In addition, the company must comply with the following restrictions and conditions: The enterprise must not be registered in the Register of enterprises ineligible for public contracts (RENA) or, if registered, have completed its period of ineligibility for public contracts. ;
the business must provide its tax certificate issued by Revenu Québec. Also, the contractor must submit, before the start of the work, a list of its subcontractors including, in particular, the number and date of issue of their tax certificate.
the company must provide its certificate of compliance issued by the Commission for Standards, Equity and Occupational Health and Safety (CNESST).
the company must provide a valid francization certificate issued by the Office québécoise de la langue française (OQLF), or any appropriate document according to the regulations in force.
