Roadway Clearing Service Wythe, Grayson, and Bland Counties of the Bristol District. The Virginia Department of Transportation (Herein Referred to as "vdot"), an Agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia, is Soliciting Bids From Qualified Firms to Provide on-call, as-needed Vegetative Roadway Clearing Service in Various Locations on Primary and Secondary Routes, and Rights-of Way in Wythe, Grayson, and Bland Counties of the Bristol District in Accordance With the Specifications Contained Herein. Note: the Resulting Contract Will Be a Requirements Contract. These Events Are Unknown and Unplanned Events and No Guarantee is Made as to the Actual Usage of This Contract. The Quantities Within the Pricing Schedule Are Estimated. Vdot Reserves the Right to Order More or Less Hours and/or Multiple Crews as Described in This Ifb as Dictated by Events and Conditions. This Contract Will Be Awarded in Three (3) Lots. Bidders May Bid on One or More Lots. If a Bidder is Successful in Being Awarded Multiple Lots, They Must Provide Necessary Services and Equipment as Specified for Each Lot, Simultaneously. Lot 1: Wythe County Lot 2: Bland County Lot 3: Grayson County Period of Contract: the Contract Will Be From Date of Award Through October 31, 2023 (Renewable).
