South Creek High School 5 - 20 ton RTU package units 2- 15 ton RTU package units CONTRACT GUIDELINES: If selected, the vendor has reviewed and agreed to the Martin County Schools Contract terms outlined on Attachment A, The martin County Board of Education Terms and Conditions Additional Notes: 1. All RTU units need adaptor plates for roof curbs 2. All units needs NEMA 3R enclosure disconnects 3. Mandatory Pre Bid Meeting at 9:00 am on Friday, March 3, 2023 MCS Innovation Campus 411 E. Blvd Williamston, NC 27892 More detailed specs will be communicated at this meeting 4. All work will have to be scheduled around our school schedule 5. A rubric will be used to determine the bid winner: Price/costs 35 pts, Specs/Performance/compatibility 10 pts, Quality/Serviceability 10 pts, Warranty/components 25 pts, Customer service 20 pts.
