Western Virginia Water Authority (WVWA) is seeking proposals for non-professional services for a comprehensive condition assessment of the 36-inch and 30-inch gravity transmission main which serves much of Roanoke, Virginia. Work includes preparation of an inspection plan, full length internal pipe inspection, and development of a condition assessment based on analysis of the inspection results which includes a prioritized list of necessary repairs and a determination of the remaining useful life.
