Renovation of an educational facility in Eugene, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
There will not be a public opening, however Bid results will be posted on the 4j hyperlink listed below, following the deadline for submission of Bids. The school district reserves the right to reject bids, postpone award, waive informalities, select the bid in the best interest, or reject any or all bids. Roof replacement of the original 1965 portion with a new 2-ply SBS roof membrane, and roof overlay of the 1993 addition with a new PVC roof membrane assembly. No work scheduled at the 2021 building addition. Each Bid Must Be Submitted on the Prescribed Form and Accompanied by an Electronic Copy of a Surety Bond, Cashier's Check, or Certified Check, Executed in Favor of Eugene School District 4j, in the Amount Not Less Than Ten Percent (10%) of the Total Bid, Based Upon the Total Bid Amount for Those Items Bid Upon. Bidders Are Required to Hand Deliver or Be Post Marked and Mailed by Usps; the Original Surety Bonds, Cashier's Check, or Certified Check Within 3 Hours After the Bid Due Date of Tuesday, November 21, 2023 at 2:00 Pm
