Renovation of a fire / police facility in Woodstock, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

**As of March 28, 2023, project was awarded B & C Enterprises ., and the awarded amount is $149,285.16.** The Project can generally be described as the renovation of the existing secondfloor Firefighter Dayroom area, includingthe Kitchen andDining areas, Breakroom and two Toilet Rooms. Work includes new cabinets & countertops, appliances and fixtures, floor, wall and ceiling finishes, lighting and minor electrical work, minor plumbing work. F. Bids shall be based on the following: 1) The bid should include all labor, material, equipment, and all other items needed to perform the work outlined in the Bid Documents. 2) All Bidders shall sign the Sexual Harassment Clause ILCS5/2-105 and the Substance Abuse Prevention on Public Works Projects Act ILCS265/1 form provided in the Google Drive. 3) ABidBond in the amount of 5% of the total bid is required (30 ILCS 550/0.01). Bid Bond shall be in the form of an approved insurance company Bid Bond or Cashier's Bank Check issued to Woodstock Fire Rescue District. G. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond in the amount equal to 100% of the amount of the bid. H. Prevailing Wages must be paid on all work performed on the Project. A current Prevailing Wage Schedule for McHenry County prepared by the Illinois Department of Labor for review. Bidders must comply with the IllinoisStatutory requirements regarding labor, including Equal Employment Opportunity Laws. I. The Woodstock Fire Rescue District reserves the rightto reject any or all bids or parts thereof, or waive any irregularites, informalites, technicalites, and other nonmaterial variances contained in any bidproposal. J. Taxes: The Woodstock Fire/Rescue District is tax-exempt; therefore, the bids should EXCLUDE all taxes(Illinois State, municipal, Service Occupation Tax, Use Tax, county Retailers Occupational Tax or Service Use Tax) Contract is anticipated to be awarded at Board of Trustees meeting, Thursday, March 23 meeting at 7:00 PM at Station No. 3, 2900 Raffel Road, Woodstock, IL
