Virtual Pre-Bid Teleconference: There will be no prebid for this solicitation. The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as "VDOT") is soliciting unsealed bids from qualified sources to establish term contracts for providing Scrap Metal Collection Dumpsters. Multiple Pickup Locations are listed below under Container Requirements. PERIOD OF CONTRACT: One (1) year from date of award with option to renew for four (4) successive one (1) year periods. Any questions regarding this solicitation shall be addressed to Mrs. Kimberly Palmer at Kimberly.Palmer@VDOT.Virginia.gov. The issuing office shall determine whether any addendum should be issued as a result of any questions or other matters. Provide questions by February 28, 2023.
