Bryant Manor Panelboard, Transformer and Intercom Replacement GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK A. The work under the Contract consists of: 1. Apply for, pay for, obtain and obtain rough and final approvals of all permits required; 2. Replace FPE panelboards with new; 3. Replace FPE transformers with new; 4. Replace existing intercom system with video intercom system, including all equipment, components, and wiring; 5. Provide new 1-hour rated wall and door to enclose new transformer on first floor; 6. Provide mechanical ventilation in transformer rooms; 7. All carpentry and painting work as shown or required; 8. All HVAC work as shown or required; 9. All electrical work as shown or required; 10. Testing, training, commissioning, and demonstration of all systems; 11. Record Drawings; 12. Operation and Maintenance Instruction and Manuals; 13. Warranties. 14. All cutting and patching required to install the work, and restore areas affected; 15. All Work either shown on the drawings or included in the specifications unless specifically indicated as not to be done.
