The scope of work for the filter media and underdrain caps rehabilitation consists of providing all necessary labor, equipment, and materials necessary for inspection, removal of spent filter media and old existing underdrain caps, inspection and rehabilitation of the underdrain and installation of new underdrain caps and new filter media.
