I he removal of all existing components ofthe Simplex panel and any end devices that may need upgraded should be included in the proposal cost. All devices must be properly addressed with electronic drawings provided. The selected winning proposal, along with drawings, will be presented to the Frederick County l ire Marshall and county inspectors for approval. The proposal must follow all state and local codes. Upgraded system and all end devices must be properly working and demonstrated by selected offeror once installed before final payment will be issued.
