Various facility painting projects will be at the following locations: Interior Painting o Avery Recreation Center (Gym): 125 Avery Street, Garner, NC 27529 Interior and Exterior Painting o Garner Performing Arts Center (GPAC): 117 Avery Street, Garner, NC 27529 o Senior Center Annex: 209 East Garner Road, Garner, NC 27529 Interior/Exterior Painting and Breezeway Ceiling Replacement and Painting o Senior Center: 205 East Garner Road, Garner, NC 27529 Exterior Painting Only o Garner Depot: 106 Pearl Street, Garner, NC 27529 The Town is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors to paint five (5) town facilities. The successful Contractor will be responsible for the preparation, surface repairs and painting of the facilities. The proper and highest quality paint shall be supplied by the Contractor for a variety of interior and exterior surfaces. The Contractor must leave the facility in clean, safe, and satisfactory condition daily. All Questions Due - April 26, 2023, by 12:00 P.M. Final Addendum Issued - March 10, 2023 Town of Garner ("Town") invites submittals of bids for the Town of Garner Painting Services Project. All bids must be made on the form furnished by the Town. Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the Town's Purchasing Officer with the project name typed or clearly printed on the lower left corner. Bids must remain valid and shall not be subject to withdrawal for sixty (60) calendar days after the bid opening date.
