The Town reserves the right to reject any and all submittals. This submittals request is neither a contractual offer nor a commitment to purchase services. The Town assumes no contractual obligation as a result of the issuance of this request, the preparation or submission of a bid by a Respondent, the evaluation of statements, or final selection. This is a Pavement Preservation Programs and Activities project. This Rejuvenation will include contract services for the application of asphalt rejuvenating agent to asphaltic concrete surfaces throughout the Town of Garner. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary to perform all services for the application of asphaltrejuvenating agent to asphaltic concrete surfaces at various locations throughout the Town of Garner. The rejuvenation of surface roads shall be by spray application of a cationic rejuvenating agent composed of petroleum oils and resins emulsified with water. All Questions Due March 28, 2023, by 12:00 P.M Final Addendum Issued March 30, 2023 Town of Garner ("Town") invites submittals of bids for the Town of Garner Street Preservation Project. The project will be awarded if pricing is within anticipated funding availability.
