Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Garner, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
As of July 17, 2023, project was awarded to Molina Carpets, Inc., awarded amount is $56,223.54. The Town will take into account such matters it considers appropriate in selecting the successful contractor. The Town reserves the right to reject, for any reason, any and all proposals. Evaluation criteria will include the following. All bids must be made on the form furnished by the Town. Each bid must be hand delivered in a sealed envelope or emailed to the Public Works Facilities Manager with the project name typed or clearly printed on the lower left corner. Bids must remain valid and shall not be subject to withdrawal for sixty (60) calendar days after the bid openingdate All Questions Due - May 15, 2023, by 12:00 P.M.
