THERMO Environmental Instruments, PM-10 FRM Air Sampler - Model Number: 2000i FRM-AE or APPROVED EQUAL TO BE DELIVERED BEFORE JUNE 30, 2023 Bidders Who Propose Bidders who propose alternate brands/specifications should enclose descriptive literature with their bids so that the equality can be verified. Failure to enclose sufficient literature may result in a non-responsive bid. If the brands are not changed, the contract will be written accordingly and the successful bidder shall be required to deliver the brands/specifications stated in the solicitation. DELIVERY TO BE INCLUDED IN BID OFFER The samplers must be designated as a Federal Reference Method for the measurement of PM-10. The following SPECIFICATIONS must be met: . Must operate on 10Amp @ 115VAC 60Hz. . Volumetric flow control using ambient temperature and pressure compensated mass flow sensor. . Operate at a flow rate between 5 to 18 liter/minute. . Must Have USB Ports for Data downloads . Operating temperature range of -25 C to 50C. . Must not weigh more than 85 pounds. . Filter temperature must be maintained within 5C of the outdoor ambient temperature. . Flow audit adapter kit. . Microprocessor with menu driven software, display and keypad. . Sensors for Ambient temperature and pressure and for filter temperature. . Must be able to store interval data of 5 minute averages for ambient/filter temperature, ambient pressure, and sample flow. .Sampler must use a standard 47mm filter housed in reusable cassette. . Sampler most maintain a constant volumetric flow rate of 16.7L/min flow. . Filter data storage must include temperature, pressure, flow, volume, filter ID. . Must be able to store up to 32 filter data records. . Each unit must include an operations and service manual. Must include a one year warranty . This performance evaluation shall consist of a 5-point calibration of the sampler using NIST traceable standards while operating the sampler under normal operating conditions. Failure of an sampler to meet stated performance specifications during this test will result in return of the sampler to the vendor for repairs at the vendor's expense, including shipping. Failure of multiple samplers during this test may result in termination of the contract and return of all samplers to the vendor at their expense (including shipping) for a full refund.
