Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
In general, the work consists of: water main, lighting, wiring pay station kiosk, regrading on-site aggregate base, excavation, light riprap berms and basins, concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk and pad, storm A-2 sewer, PVC pipe, asphalt pavement, topsoil, seeding, native seeding, erosion control, and removal of excess base aggregate from the site. Bid Guarantee in the amount of 10% of the Bid must accompany each bid submitted. Effective September 23, 2017, state prevailing wage requirements on state building projects no longer apply. These changes take effect for projects advertised for bid after September 23, 2017. This change does not affect the Federal Davis Bacon Act requirements.
