Bid Package 1 - Site & Shell Package CMA is excited to provide General Contracting and Construction Management services for the new Kenosha County Human Services Facility in Kenosha WI. The project is approximately 142,400 square feet, consisting of a 2-story building addition and interior renovations of the existing retail structures. The buildings will undergo a tremendous transformation and the project includes a considerably large site work package. This invitation is for Bid Package 1, and it includes, but is not limited to, Building Demolition / Site Demolition / New Building Addition / Shell / Utilities / Paving / Concrete / Landscaping This project has no labor or wage restrictions, and bidding is open to all. *Please note that the listed value reflects the entire scope of work.
